The World’s Largest Vertical Roller Mill has been added to Shah Cement Industries Ltd. located in Bangladesh. Guinness World Records has recognized the unique achievement of Shah Cement and has recorded it as the world’s single largest Cement Vertical Roller Mill facility.

The World’s Largest Vertical Roller Mill at Shah Cement is expected to significantly contribute to improving the quality of housing and play a critical role in the infrastructure development of the country. With its Guinness World Record recognition the milestone, Shah Cement is proud to take Bangladesh to a newer height.

The world’s largest vertical roller mill has Grinding Table Diameter of 8.08 meter and Roller Diameter of 2.64 meter. The VRM has been successfully commissioned at Shah Cement’s manufacturing facility and will produce 60 Lac tons of cement per year at a rate of 15 thousand tons of cement every day.

Portland Cement

Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) which is now called Portland cement is the most commonly used cement for a wide range of applications. Portland Composite Cement

Shah Cement offers Portland Composite Cement(PCC) which adheres to the European standards of both CEM-II/A-M ( S-V-L) 42.5 N & CEM-II/B-M ( S-V-L) 42.5 N. Shah Cement PCC gets its unique characteristics by using high-quality clinker, fly ash, slag & limestone.

CEM III

Blast Furnace Cement

Blast Furnace Cement (BFC) is created through the addition of blast furnace slag with Portland cement clinker and gypsum. BFC is used to make durable concrete structures around the world. BFC has been widely used for soil improvement technology & corrosion resistance structure. Shah Cement- Blast Furnace Cement surpasses the requirements of BDS EN 197-1: 2003 CEM-III/A, 32.5 N.
